ABOUT
Lois Laynee, CEO of Restorative Breathing, LLC
Author, Speaker, Researcher and Developer of Innovative Technologies and Educator of Neuroplasticity & Oxygen Wellness
Lois Laynee is a dynamic and disciplined professional, author, and innovator in the fields of neuroplasticity and wellness. As CEO of Restorative Breathing, LLC, she has developed a groundbreaking paradigm based on the vital role of oxygen and cranial nerve function in optimizing brain-body connection. Early in her career, Lois recognized that many clients’ unexplained health issues stemmed from cranial nerve disorganization. Determined to help individuals who had exhausted conventional treatment options, she created a systemic program to re-educate and reconnect the nervous system to the body, ultimately restoring health and function.
With a foundational background in CranioFacial development as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Lois began her journey in Illinois before relocating to Arizona in 1982. In 2000, she founded and staffed the Homeward Bound Dental Clinic to serve families affected by domestic violence. Her core competencies include Restorative Breathing, Restorative Sleep, CranioFacial Homeostasis, Neuro Ergonomics, Ergonomic Stabilization, Orofacial Myology, Posture Restoration, Sleep Hygiene, and Sleep Support.
Lois is passionate about educating both individuals and medical professionals on the critical importance of the cranial nerve system in supporting optimal brain-body function through autonomic and oxygen-based breathing. She emphasizes empowering people to influence their own physiology through proper airway design and breathing practices. She is also the author of the best-selling book “Winning at the Game of Health.”
Since 1986, Lois has educated diverse populations, including physicians, dentists, psychologists, physical therapists, dental hygienists, myofunctional and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, exercise physiologists, personal trainers, Olympic hopefuls, educators, and parents. With her four trademark methods, she continues to improve brain-body connection and unlock human potential through her unique integrative approach.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Ali B. - Tulsa, OK
I had the front tip of my tongue clipped when I was 13. Now I understand that many more aspects of my life were impacted by my tongue-tie: from development with tongue-tie, from lack of physical therapy post frenectomy, from also having posterior tongue-tie that should be revised. Lois Laynee made huge strides with me through manual therapy and exercises for a year, helping my digestion, sleep, energy, and athletic recovery. Then she worked with a dentist to revise my tongue more thoroughly, helping me extensively with therapy before and after the surgery. My digestion has improved extraordinarily, I no longer choke on water, Siri understands me, and my body feels less tension, more connected and integrated. I feel better than I ever thought was possible. Lois Laynee not only is more knowledgeable than any other physician I've been to, but she also cares deeply about her patients.

If you have a neurological disorder like dystonia, you'd be forgiven for thinking a neurologist would help you get better. Alas, you'd be sorely mistaken. You should instead work with someone who will help you recover neurological function where it's lost, not just mask symptoms; someone who will think about your recovery in a holistic manner and treat different aspects of your condition; and who will work with other healthcare practitioners to create a multidisciplinary care team. That person is Lois.
Lois has used creative techniques to help me wake up the neural pathways that my brain tends to forget; she has helped me realize and address the relationship between trauma and neuro-muscular dysfunction; and worked with my dentist in addressing the anatomical deficits that contributed to my dystonia. This kind of holistic approach is exactly what dystonia patients need, and it's in very short supply. You'd be lucky to have Lois in your corner.

The time we spent with Maizie literally changed our lives. She now loves water, we can barely get her out of the pool! Her confidence has grown and she handles stressors without panic. Her jaw has grown leaps and bounds and is now fitting all her adult teeth. She is a new child because of the time and expertise Lois poured out on us.
We are blessed having been connected to the work Lois is doing.

[Lois Laynee's] Cranial Neurosequencing Technique is incredibly supportive to our therapies (TMD, Sleep Disorders, and Airway Orthodontics). As soon as I implementing Lois’s work in my practice, I saw changes like patients reporting faster reduction of pain, being able to breath better, or being less anxious. I highly recommend Lois Laynee’s seminars to any healthcare professional!

Whether it is to prepare patients for their best experience with ALF, or to help patients who are stuck, be able to turn on cranial nerves and brain function, lowering the threshold for life-limiting primitive reflexes to be integrated and transformed (as we also see in osteopathy and ALF), Lois' techniques and touch are consistently catalytic, and always an inspiration.

Without a doubt Lois’s presentation on breathing dynamics and the importance of restoring our patients' health is priceless. We’ve incorporated the technique she shared, and it has made a tremendous impact on the success of our treatment.
